I think that Jay Z is one of today's most dominant entrepreneurs .
1) Why do you think this person is one of today's most dominant entrepreneurs?In my opinion Jay Z is one of the most dynamic entrepreneurs in today's society because of his acumen and holding of companies such as Def Jam Recording , Rocafella, and Roca Wear clothing.
2)Do you agree with the ways in which this entrepreneur has marketed his or her image?
I do agree with Jay Z's marketing tactics and the way he has branded his image. Jay Z has strategically aligned his financial ventures with the way he wants his image to be perceived. Jay Z has also managed to maintain a clear and positive image which , given the rap industry, can be difficult to hold.
3)What affect do you think that this entrepreneur has left on the market place?
I think that Jay Z has left a positive mark on the music industry as well as the clothing industry. Jay Z is well liked and has created an incredibly successful recording label and a clothing label that has almost been set in stone. During the course of the school day it is common to see a heavy amount of the student population wearing Jay Z's clothing line , Rocawear. This influence on an area as minute as a high school is definite ,and already has, translated into captivating a much larger audience. This captivation has already , and will continue to, leave a lasting affect on the music and clothing market place.
